Description

THE ACCOMMODATION : The house has been completely renovated according to the new techinques of bio-construction: wood roof with solar panels, floor heating, external insulation. The furniture is Occitane, with some elements of the old house brought to a new life by the owners including a cherry wood cupboard, two mirrors, two tub chairs and a chandelier. All this in order to create an environment elegant and comfortable, where the guests will be able to rest, relax and get ready to discover Osimo and its surroundings.

GUEST ENTRY : The entrance is on the ground floor whereas the other side of the B&B overlooks a wide landscape that goes from the sea in the east to the Sibillini mountains in the west. The guests will have a common area where breakfast is served that turns into a living-room with a TV during the rest of the day.

A TOUR OF THE SURROUNDINGS : the B&B has an extremely strategical position. The hospital is at five minutes walk and 20mt away there's the "Tiramisu", an elevator that leads you to the maxi-parking, with its autobus terminal whence is possible to reach Ancona station in 45 minutes. Osimo is 8km from the toll booth of Ancona Sud-Osimo and 45 minutes from the airport of Ancona, the "Raffaello Sanzio".

Rules of the house

CHECK-IN : weekdays: starting from 18.00
Bank holidays and pre-bank holidays: starting from 14.00 but the schedule can be agreed in advance
CHECK-OUT : within 10.00
BREAKFAST :weekdays: breakfast is served within 8 o'clock but the guests can enjoy it calmly; hot drinks are served in thermos. Bank holidays and pre-bank holidays: breakfast time can be agreed in advance. Guests are invited to advise any food intolerance or allergy at the time of reservation to permit variations in the menu
CLEANING : are done daily as follows: weekdays: from 17 to 18
Bank holidays and pre-bank holidays: from 10 to 11 am
For weekly stays a change of linen (towels and sheets) is established after the 4º night. It's possible to ask for other changes with an additional charge.

Inside the B&B smoking is forbidden, but it's possible on the balcony (access from the breakfast room) and in the court in front of the entrance. Ashtrays are there for you, don't be scared, use them!

Animal friends are welcome for free; in this case the rules are the good manners of the owners. To make them feel comfortable we suggest you to take with you their bed, bowls for food and water, the toys your animal care about, dustpan and bags. Other animals are present in the neighborhood (dogs and cats) you have to keep your loyal friend on a leash at the entrance and at the exit of the B&B.

The guests must return the car-pass with the keys at the time of check-out.
